But there is now a beautiful sunny day here, that I took a small photo session in the garden around the house. Here is the first in a series of 5, a coupling of locusts.

Bravo Nenfer 13 for this pair of locusts, I hope they have many children? ... (mdr) I had a comment from you today and I thank you. I see that you are perfectly equipped with the A 700 and the following objectives ... Have you tried the Tamron 70-300? (Because I hesitate between sigma and the latter.) Your health is better, I like! Warm regards. Marc.

The grasshopper or locust is an insect jumper, often called locust. In France, it is the migratory locust (Locusta migratoria). Normally, locusts lead a lonely life and are quite harmless. But they are gregarious. They can change their behavior and come together in clouds of hundreds of millions of individuals and devouring all vegetation in their path. The man has long been disarmed before such a phenomenon. Very beautiful photograph, clear, on this insect. : 1:: 3:
