Author 'Denlig' (Id 128409 ) : The subject of the photo is not very Folichon, I certainly agree! This image is just a test "Focus stacking (1). So I took about fifty pictures of this coin by changing the focus between each picture (I use a rail development is very handy). Then I used the software "Zerene stacker" that was responsible for assembling and combining the 50 images together. The result is quite impressive: 17: The real pros like John Hallmen macro (2) arrive to take up to 150 photographs of the same insect! (1): For those who do not know the focus stacking is a technique to increase depth of field of an image by combining several images with the same frame, but with a slightly shifted focus from a few mm. All processing is done so after the shooting. (2) http://www.flickr.com/photos/johnhallmen/5020003829/sizes/l/in/photostream/

: 6:: 2: I admire! In fact, already taking a sharp picture, it is not so simple but most take about fifty changing the focus for each, impressive! I read that you do also for insects, how can this be done with living creatures, they move ... resulted in the whole is breathtaking. Bravo. Joelle.
