Hello Danapini, thank you for the encouragement !
And be sure that these fungi have been primed as it should be !
> Momjade [G] [P] [C] [B] [F] >Reply Sep 03, 2012
Not only the appearance of the trio of mushrooms is attractive, but also the composition of colors which captures all of the warm tones of their flesh and their habitat under a soft light. Since they are already picked, would I have to dream that they were as good in your frying pan

Hello Danapini, thanks for the encouragement, and to be happy, I proceeded as indians vis-à-vis all the fruits and creatures of the earth : consider them as my brothers and eat with respect and asked their forgiveness.

This is, then, to be more precise, this fungus is the summer Cepe, Boletus aestivalis, which present a slightly sweet flavor. Cuticle (= the skin of his hat) is dry, and as it is often in the summer, she sometimes grayish in a design feature. Its color is very variable, from hot, almost Brown-Brown, yellow-brown, as on the photo present. Part of his foot, at least the half top is yellow-brown.
The CPCE of Bordeaux, he has a slippery wet slightly cuticle, and a fine margin on the hat is white. In the latter case, the foot color is clearer, more white, sometimes grisaillant with age.

Yes Ecmyco, it is just that, as of the calf NCA, be cut in slice not too thick, 6 to 7 mm, and fry a skillet in oil.

In addition to being well agendas, your photos are always beautiful, Ecmyco. Should we cut or tear off the fungus a collection for preservation of the mycelium? The notices are shared: 18:

Hello Lumixane, I regularly see this question on newsgroups and the contradictory answers.
Personally, this issue did never touches. The most important is rather to avoid compacted Earth when it works, and have gentle gestures when it collected to avoid the destruction of the mycelium that is in the Earth. Personally, with respect to the mushrooms, I picks , as is easily capture.
