I usually take my photos in panorama format ; of course, it is necessary to see the subject.
For the buildings, since I don't have a wide angle, I also take the panoramic seen if put in portrait, the software, which straightens out the bad prospects, only leave me a small piece with which I know not to do anything.

The tree in backlight is still the main subject on a background with lovely colors offered by the sun and unobtrusive, well done. Jean-Mi.

Actually, the tree was the subject I wanted to put in whole with a gradient that ended on the house. Too bad I didn't have enough time at that moment to have a bit of the foreground and the house is more complete ; this will be for a future photo. We don't always have what you want.
> Perronnet Catherine [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Jan 17, 2012
Me too I prefer the other where the history of the tree and the house seemed to be linked. This photo seems to me to be beautiful, of course, but more mundane and less meaningful.

I regret the cut in the small house, it spoils the balance of the image and the feeling I described in the other in vertical format...

It was the reason I had first posted the 'vertical' which is more complete. For this one, I wanted the tree to be whole, and the decline in I was missing to make this house full of memories.
