Door tail Asia

Author 'Momjade' (Id 193905 ) : The Papilio Iowi or Door-tail Asia was a large butterfly among the beauties black to the exposure of free-flying butterflies at the botanical Garden. I assure you that it was flying very fast, and the eye had to be more to anticipate his brief pause on a plant.

Today we returned to the botanical Garden, but to photograph the spring flowers. There were tulips more red than the red itself I will see if the same effect is reproduced but anyway, in this photo the important thing was just the butterfly and I appreciate Guylaine your comment.

Hello Nomjade, very nice shot. The wings of this butterfly make me think of a stained glass window as they caught the light. Bravo

I would not have thought of, but in effect yes, the wings make a nice stained glass window. Thank you for this thought.

If it is a moment of mind-blowing to find and print a butterfly in true freedom, the butterflies in a greenhouse and awaken our spirit of hunting. In this exhibition there were 33 species of which I have been able to find and photograph 23 with success.

The butterfly is beautiful but the flowers lack definition... Given the color, it annoys me a little

It is a weird thing that punch of saturated color in the red. It happened to me with tulips in spring last year and now with the butterflies. I can't find the reason.

Me neither... The colors fragile to photograph are the red, yellow and white, why ? Perhaps could you open a topic in the forum, there would surely be someone to enlighten us !
