Elevator Germany

Author 'Perronnet Catherine' (Id 182935 ) : This boat lift of Niederfinow in Germany is regarded as a wonder of architecture from the rivers. However, it is no longer adapted to the houseboats modern. A new lift bigger is therefore in construction not far from it and it will be put into service in 2013.

It really is a beautiful building of our time. The germans use a much better waterways than the French and there are fewer trucks on their roads so less pollution and fewer accidents.
