Entry To The Chateau De Roquebrune

Author 'Nenfer13' (Id 202074 ) : I finished my series of images on 'Roquebrune-Cap-Martin' with these last 2 photos. I have some more that I do not spend because I'm afraid of tiring the members FEI. This is the castle seen from the front of the tower where the entrance is.

The stone... a beautiful castle strengthened by the time and strong as we knew how to do that in the Middle Ages, etc, The technique is top notch and I thank you for this beautiful photo that reminds us of what we were. Good day to you Ferdinand, to hold and a pleasure to read you. Marc.

Hello Marc it is with pleasure that I read your comment filed under this photo. I love the old stones because they are part of our heritage and also of what we are. Good end of week and see you soon. I'll have you make a phonecall one of these four to discuss with you as I have fun doing it.

I beg you, this is normal and we all share the same emotions about it. Yes, the 'old stones' are the bearers of our fingerprints, which are the bases for the construction of our country, the birth of our civilization, etc., And like everywhere else I guess. It owes much to the stone that was there to replace what our mothers have or had very beautiful for us to be born and grow up... You know at the bottom of the stone is round like the world, or a ' belly female well arched... ! Hi to you and it was a pleasure to hear you. Marc.

I continue the tour to see if this castle was probably functional, the architect had not studied the artistic side. It is fantastic that it has been so well preserved (or renovated). Beautiful sharp picture and bright. TB.

Thank you Ninik, a big work of restoration has been carried out on this castle, but there are still parts that have not been restored. The beauty of the architecture was certainly not the priority of the builders of this castle.
