Beautiful image. The background lacks a bit of contrast.
It is well when even and especially well seen. Excellent framing.

This wreck should join mine that I photographed not far from the place ; a sunken ship is already very sad , but by being alone, it is worse ; nice shot

very nice idea this photo to the beautiful soft hues to honor this old wreck. The wood, even peeling away to reveal a noble who remain aesthetic !!!
> Azhrael [G] [P] [C] [B] [F] >Reply Nov 04, 2012
The warm colors offset the symbolic and sad out of the wreckage and the all in fact a shot that pleases me a lot ! Can be a little more of the field around the wreck, but really a little bit, 'fluffing' the subject.

The decay can be aesthetically pleasing if one knows in the softness of The colors reinforces the nostalgia ; at the same time, the 'small windows' of light in the middle of the hull to alleviate the latter and would give me almost a feeling of life. For me, it is a very nice photo as well by composition as by the atmosphere made : perfect

Superb cliché, time does its work gently and sadness. I like a lot

The tones in the 'old postcard' are going very well with this old boat... And the poem of Daniel too !
The bow stretched out towards the sky as a plea. Bravo To Pandora .
(I also have a (big) weakness for these 'old stuff'. I have a small collection ).

Very beautiful shot on this wreck... beautiful light ... If this old boat could tell us about her story...
'She told me its violence when it is unleashed,
The power of his strength to beat the rocks
And her long death-cry, his long cries of hatred
When she takes it all in, drunk, the boat ripped out. '
(extract from my poem ' The sea said to me ')
to you and thank you.

A big jaw, bravo for this beautiful picture and we are brimming EXIF. We don't not see much about FEI, what a shame ! Surprised by the rating, I try a small reinstatement

Your picture is very well framed.
As you say yourself, the decay can be beautiful.
It all depends on the way we look.

The colors a bit on the purple give it the atmosphere you want. Bravo to the position taken in a perfect angle.

There is so much in agony that he has a pathway of air to be on not to return to the water
> D.marsim [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Nov 03, 2012
A beautiful ship well laid out and I love the soft colours of the background which contrasts with that of the wreck.
> Crabecanoe [G] [P] [C] [B] [F] >Reply Nov 03, 2012
Good lighting appropriate for this photo. The boat is photographed facing forward. This gives him a posture as if he wanted to return to the ocean. See you soon for other photos. Cordially. Marcel.
