There is not yet a lot of growers who are trying to begin in the culture of these old vegetables, perhaps because of the fear that they don't sell as much as they would like, and I'm afraid their prices but it is still interesting to know that one day or the other, they all return on the market, it is still necessary to know how to cook it, thank you the fan for your comment left under this beautiful stall

Wonderful poetry of precious vegetables on stall sober one who makes the shapes and colours (well rendered) in value.

Farmers of Montreal (Quebec, Canada), which make the sale of their crops in our small local markets, would be thrilled to see this beautiful photo ; some grow old vegetables...

It is nice to know that a few farmers set out to re-market the old vegetables of which one was still unaware of the existence, they are few but soon they will be the 'kings' of the novelty, I look forward to learn their welcome on our shelves, they look so delicious, thank you Méloule for your nice comment left under this photo, beyond our borders

As you're right, the bio and nothing but bio but the problem with organic products is that they only really take a few days and you have to hurry to cook it before rot and fungus that come here, thank you, Julie, for your comment left on this picture
