Etourneaux at rest European Starling

Author 'Gede 14' (Id 242998 ) : A small photo archive that I just found. The snow comes in some areas already and the starlings will soon return to see us in the clouds. Here are two, taken through a glass.

I could admire several times, every few years they come out by the hundreds in the trees behind our house. They are very noisy. I have already shared other views where we see even more colors. Thank you for your review Lena.

With the snow plus I love your photo. And those pesky birds here, at least, are shy and difficult to photograph. Very beautiful shot.

You're absolutely right, they are very cautious, I try to take them without me to hide : nothing to be done it has been that I mask behind a curtain, and without too much in the move. Thank you to appreciate.

I watched them for a few days already making other views. The glass was clean, and on the bias, thereby avoiding unwanted glare. Thank you for comment, Mady.

They are beautiful these two starlings, a well developed background on a diluted basis. Gede.

They were about 6 feet away from me ; I situais behind the glass of my conservatory, well stalled and hidden behind a curtain because they are fierce. Thank You Tintin.

You have done well to highlight this photo from your archives. It is nice and clear despite the shooting conditions.

After a conversation, I was looking for another photo and saw this one (put aside immediately), and I had good shooting conditions : clean window and a curtain for me to hide. Please enjoy.

The color of their plumage also varies during the reproductive period. They can have beautiful green hues. Thank you to appreciate.

I saw them almost every day, so I had cleaned the glass of the verandah, and with careful attention to my position to avoid unwanted glare. Thank you for your visit.

The sharpness is good ; the set of two bird and the ball are reminiscent of a balance. It is fun, .

I had not imagined such a comparison with a scale, but you're right, Roberval must have me inspired before I know it. Thank you for your visit.

Behind my window, I took with a 300mm macro position, which gave the blurring of the background. Thank you for your passage.
> Manu [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Nov 04, 2018

The inside of my porch and hidden by a curtain (they are fierce) there is that barely six metres, and with the 300m, I really enjoyed it. In the winter, they come over to our houses by the thousands. Their ballet flying is impressive and beautiful. Thank you for your visit.
