I do not know if it's a flat, is it always this shadow that accentuates his' sadness', he looks totally depressed this poor falcon ...

It is beautiful, it is a beautiful portrait despite the details already observed.
> Lombardothomas [G] [P] [C] [B] >Reply Feb 21, 2008
It is a very beautiful photo. Is this a true falcon because it is very hard to take a photo especially as this one is very sharp and the hawk takes the pose. The black background highlights your subject.

Of course it is stuffed, like the one that flies next to on his left. I do photography as live animals that run, that fly, , or at rest like this one. Thank you for your passage.

Thank you for your comments, a few small defects here and there, but you have been indulgent

A beautiful head raptor super net ! The plumage is very well detailed even in the shade !
> Evalias >Reply Feb 20, 2008
I don't judge, I admire the photo and the animal, bravo and thank you.
PS: in actual size the edging is complete in me.

Beautiful quality of the image, the eye is the falcon, it just lacks the right light in the right place.
> Heuze.michel [G] [P] [C] >Reply Feb 20, 2008
A very beautiful portrait of bird of prey designed with talent. A bit overexposed at the top of the nozzle but this does not detract from the quality of the image...

As said by Marcel, it's a falcon, 'Yaka'. And as he has reason. It does not remain about it less a photo superb and he says out loud... Like me

Very beautiful portrait of this falcon which appears perfectly on the dark background. It is still a high-quality photo.
> Guylaine [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Feb 20, 2008
It seems a bit sad this raptor but it really is beautiful. It is a beautiful shot.

A pity that we can not edit, a grand is better...
> Author Romaric [G] [P] [C] [B] [F] >Reply Feb 20, 2008
I take the lead still there is a Web problem, the framing is not released, the same pb as
G-52, and then the image quality is not the same.

On my computer, the frame appears entirely like the picture of GS52, I think that the borders of a pixel does not pass on all the screens . That said, the picture is beautiful and the dark areas are very beautiful. The bottom (reworked ?) is very nice with beautiful shades.

Romaric, it is the opposite. In general we see the frame, but not in actual size. This does not mean that your raptor is super well made. The shadows don't bother me.
> Marcel >Reply Feb 20, 2008
Very good, nice portrait !
You can try to lighten the eye.
The shadow on the body can soften with the command 'density '.

Yes I know Marcel, but this is quite tricky on the feathers I'll try... I'm afraid I'll make him downright a-hole...
Thank you for your passage.

The shadow bugs me absolutely not, it gives relief to the photo it is more the slight blur on the top of its head
