A frozen movement. A photo as I wish I could do. But I'm nowhere near that level. A great shot in any event with perfect clarity! I believe that: 1:. Congratulations.
> Pavotbleu [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Jan 09, 2011
And power in this neck outstretched wings that deploy these: a snapshot perfect, amazingly clear despite the momentum of the flight. : 1:: 3: (I think Orville the albatross of "The Rescuers": 19:: not easy, take-off! But here, with thanks ...).
> Fmdv [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Jan 08, 2011

+: : 1: A very good rendering of the effort made by the swan to leave the water, despite the weight of his body. : 3:

-:Without affecting the note, shame not to have the EXIF and lens used.

Ha! I forgot the goal of a sigma 50/500 F4/6-3 EX DG HSM, quite difficult to master and heavy monopod is a must for this photo. A +.

We're so focused by the bird that can not always think the framing in the heat of the moment, I personally find it a little too tight, too, but I m'autocritique you need outside advice. Thank you a +.

Your photo is very successful. The diagonal formed by the swan taking off is very interesting! Can you tell me what was the shutter speed and aperture in your diaphragm, please?

A photo that I loved doing. A total depth of field on any topic, movement frozen for eternity, pure white, not burned, color rendition that showcases the red beak. The only regret I have nothing to put in the suggestion field: 18:.
