The yellow flowers of this 'Wort' (hypericum 'hidcote') are harmoniously spread over the green of the leaves. Wallpaper very nice : bravo and thank you.

A wallpaper for st. john's Wort... I love it, it is very pretty all yellow. A pity that you haven't thought to frame it so as not to see the trunk on the right.

Apart from the tree which breaks a little 'atmosphere', this large massif of st. john's wort is very nice ! Good sharpness !

What are the flowers of st. john's wort (hypericum 'hidcote'). This shrub, persistent or semi-persistent, produces abundant clusters of large flowers in a cup, golden yellow, blooming all summer. It is a perennial plant whose flowering, reached its peak in the neighbourhood of the Saint-Jean (24 June), ideal time to harvest the flowering tops. The ancient Greeks knew very well the properties of this plant for the treatment of sores and wounds, infections and internal disorders of the nerve. Beautiful shot

Screen background is bright and well presented, I just have a small regret for the trunk which breaks a bit the consistency of this picture...
