The idea of the angle of view was good but the first petal that fills up a good space and would be gifts the strong point of the photo is a little blurry or noisy. The whites are overexposed but the result is not ugly.

As I remember this very good odour of this beautiful and big flower white, I keep a pleasant memory as much for the beauty of it for its scent, a nice heart

Whites are tricky to photograph. Here, the photo is overexposed because of this, the details of the white are not visible.
The flower is very beautiful.

This picture like all the ones I presented in the last two weeks are, as you can see by reading the references of the camera, made on a box that old in 1974, with cell efficiency fluctuates with the load of the battery. This picture is, however, perfectly exposed, because the pistil is red-pink and the stamens orange. I compared my photo and others on the site and I've seen war of difference ; the details of the petal are visible, if your screen allows it, under the petal, and not on the inside as you can see on the pictures comparable.
On the other hand, the photos of the lock, of the arum, and of the barque at Giverny are all of the photos of spring with foliage new, so rather green-yellow green dark. So I think you may have forgotten a little the results on film because digital gives foliage always darker than nature.

In addition to the appreciation of Nicole, I also saw one of Ainsiminilyse that reinforces my reviews.
The fact that the photo is posted from a paper version I understand the explanations that you give
And I also understand why there is no

I'm not going to already get 'angry' with a member of this site... Your comments contradictory, are enriching and I have nothing to add more if it is maybe I'm leaving a paper version of each photo, and that in this case, the outcome depended on the good will of the developer in the lab... I had very often some surprises when seeing the final result compared to what I had photographed. They had the gift to rectify the exposure of your photos, this is the way that photos of a beach of a volcanic island in the Canary islands, so grey, I have received versions of papers picked up the colour sand !
Now, I want to admit that these photos are slightly overexposed, if you stick to it, because, actually, this cell has always worked best in the dark or under cloudy skies... Good day.
Ps : Hold on I just got a comment from a lady who seems to enjoy this photo.

This flower is very beautiful and you show us his heart, but
this is not a flower of tuliptree (see linked page) but that of a magnolia Grandiflora. The confusion is often made because it is sometimes called a 'tulip' some of the magnolias whose flowers can be like tulip.
