French flag 01

Author 'WebMaster FEI' (Id 165227 ) : French flag.
My photo of the flag French exposed on EIF since 2005 (and Yes, time flies) that I would return via the current system.
Why do this?
Simply because this photo seems most enough visible now (via the old system) while it is the kind of photo which is still very sought in our day...

NB: Sorry for the sharpness, in 2005, ca seemed correct: 19:

The French flag is ambiguous, symbol of the revolution initially, became over time the etendard of nationalism and colonialism.
The commune of Paris was cree flag that I have no meeting still in the EIF.
I bring this photo to the Group emblems

Me, as I understand it, is that the Web has a good reason to remind us of the COLORS of the Nation. Who will complain of these colors that represent Liberty, Fraternity and Equality... We have so lost the meaning of this symbolism is that more French citizens are excluded from many things : Work, certain fundamental freedoms, therefore,... and so on. This flag is still the mark of the French Revolution and the source of our Freedoms. I love it and of course, I am a patriot and proud of being dressed in these colours ! Marc.

It seems to me that the colors of the French flag represent the city of Paris, blue and red, surrounding the Royalty, the white. By contrast, the motto of France is 'Liberty, equality, fraternity', in that order.

not understood very well the motivation to retake this photo and even less your comment : 'this picture belongs to all the world, but in fact it does not belong to the world' (I condense as far as it can) ??? Anyway for the less equivocal denounce the instrumentalization of nationalist while it is the emblem of the national sovereignty in the midst of a feud with the loss of this sovereignty in the face of the european union, it is like giving yards to get beat, I lose myself in conjecture. If you could light our lanterns, in bernes ?

As already explained, this photo, as well as all those exhibited on the FEI are the property of their respective owners.
They are exposed here for strictly private purposes as stated above each photo.
The fact that the photo is a kitten, a sunset, or the French flag does not change absolutely nothing in the French law.
And surely this is not because some are diverting the image from its primary function that I'm going to delete it, FEI, quite the contrary.
I hope that things are now clear for you and for everyone...

Sought after by the military, extremists, news French, multilingual sites...
This image is simple but perfect to illustrate any page dealing with the French nationality.
Some seem to believe that under the pretext that the French flag belongs to all the world, this picture of the French flag also belongs to all the world, but of course, this is not the case at all .
Article L. 111-1 of the French intellectual property code is very clear about this :
The author of a work of the spirit enjoys on this work, by the mere fact of its creation, an intangible property right exclusive and enforceable against all.

I like this simplicity, where the movement is ubiquitous... I feel the wind blow gently...

(Safire)
