Author 'Jcmai' (Id 114661 ) : Photographed at the Franco-German Garden. I tried to define the species, there are quite a few, but I did not find a picture proximate. Maybe a member here know? I learned that they were cousins of swans and I finally saw a snow goose (it was the ultimate insult to my uncle (in dialect) for my cousin when she had made a mistake "species Snow Goose "). Panda also include Web and surely if Alsace is the region of origin he said "From Schneeganz!".

Thank you for the comment, I'll probably post one or two photos of the geese, on the one they are three in single file.

+: The top of his head made me think of a goose Guinea ... but it is true that there are so many kinds! The feathers are very clean, very nice photo, Jcmai! : 18:

-:The head is perhaps a tad in the shadows ... But I quibble!

: 18: I love 'Schneeganz' for his sense of humor often heard and there was no need to say more: 19: ... In fact this is a goose, Swan Goose, also known as' Goose Guinea '(Anser cygnoides), identified by the bump at the base of the bill (if the tuber is large, it is a male). She pretty in her brown and white plumage, marked and placed in a perfect diagonal on a beautiful carpet green. Belle goose: Jcmai Bravo and thank you. 3:
