Glory to the workers

Author 'Jofu' (Id 218994 ) : Like the previous one, this photo was taken in the Danish city of Elsinore (Helsingor). These statues were set up in front of the old shipyards to celebrate the glory of the workers who worked there.

Very nice composition for these workers striding purposefully towards the tasks that lie ahead The dynamic range is well thought out with the rails that draw the eye to the characters. Jofu

You have good reason Nenfer. We prefer to sometimes pay homage to the crooks, unfortunately. Thank You Nenfer.

The three people standing still, seem to have received a spell to become statues, they are perfectly in their place on this image, very well framed and a counter-dived well thought out. Jofu TB+.

Thank You Tintin. The decision-against-the dive has not been easy.

I love these characters frozen that we give the impression of marching towards us.
> Ninik [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Jul 20, 2015
Fortunately, it's not always the famous people, in which we erected a statue.

You have good reason Ninik. We could also debunk many. Thank you for your passage.

The golden light highlights the dynamic aspect of these statues, the framing and the perspective further reinforce this effect

For the framing, I had to put myself in knee to have the rails as well. Thank You Mady.

Shakespeare always puts in scene the of the people who comment on the facts and the misfortunes of kings ; in particular, in Hamlet.

Want, hold you back. You're right. My comment was a nod to Joel, because we have visited Denmark several years apart, and I'm a fan of Shakespeare, and particularly Hamlet, which takes place in Helsingor, Denmark. I hope you are well.
