Great horned owl on the lookout

Author 'Tsouret' (Id 189638 ) : The grand duke was very attentive to the sparrows reckless entering his aviary. The wall, usually not very aesthetic, with the winter light and blurred form an acceptable background.

Nice profile of this owl, and he has beautiful eyes in addition. Thank you for this nice photo Jacques.

Very beautiful profile with that reflection in the eye that I like so much . The background is maybe too bright compared to the main subject.
To remedy this, I would have cleared up the owl in your place.

The wall was sunny, and the owl in the shade. I had already cleared up the animal and I was afraid to do too much.
I post a touchup which for once is more 'punchy'. Tell me what you think.
