Halo of ice seen at The Meeting 31 oct 2017

Author 'Didier.roy' (Id 237507 ) : Halo of ice seen at the meeting at Saint-Denis.
That is to say that the last Halo of ice seen at the Meeting date of 30/10/14.
The halos of ice lasts an average of 2 to 3 hours, so you need to be quick to photograph them.
I was at my desk, and so I took this phenomenon with the means at hand (smartphone), but the image remains of good quality for a device not intended to make the photos.

Thank you all for your comment. This phenomenon this product at the end of the austral winter and are visible in some regions of the globe. It is a phenomenon of optics that can last a few seconds or several hours, forming a circle of light through the interaction between sunlight and ice crystals, which may be in suspension in the air or in the clouds visible between 5 and 10 km altitude, such as cirrostratus. There is little this kind of phenomenon because the sky is usually too dazzling.
