This heron who holds the balance on a foot and perfect, just stamp the white spot at the top of the head that makes me think of a cuff of brittany.

Heron, heron... Petit patapon ! It was necessary that someone does it !
Beautiful animal photos and the pose is fun.

I do well to comment on today, yesterday I found it dark ! I wonder why I see the second leg, folded up. You can see the join just under the wing, a small stump at the side of her paw

It has a really proud look on his paw. A reflection white color keeps the head, it helps.

Nice photo, especially that it shows us the perfect balance of which are capable of these birds standing on one leg.

A pity that this heron, well net, does not stick out better on the bottom. As for his leg, it is surely well hidden, because how would he have been able to get on this rock ?

One of our magicians of service must be in the process of taking measurements for manufacture of a prosthesis worthy of the quality of this image.

Thank you very much for your comments, but I still haven't found his second leg...

A true mystery, this paw but this does not seem to affect our hero the heron also able

and He has well hidden his paw !!! I hope that it has not been problem : your heron is gorgeous !!!

Attention, with a pad it's going to work much less well, necessarily... : The lack of light penalizes a bit, obviously... in Spite of everything this is a beautiful image.

Imperturbable in his suit of grey, 'the grey Heron' (Ardea cinerea) seems to look with disdain pass the tench... But it will have to be content with a snail. Beautiful photo : bravo and thank you.

> Ozone [G] [P] [C] [B] [F] >Reply Apr 10, 2008
Photo of very high quality, shades of grey, set of forms, well balanced, and the share of this beautiful heron impassive, and the whole of this picture. Time is suspended...

As well chewed, this heron unipattiste plays his little flamingo grey ! He is very handsome in his dark suit !

> Lumixane [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Apr 10, 2008
The fine leg supports 1, 700 kg (an average !) This specimen really has a head on his shoulders and is melted in its environment. It was like a primer toque chimney-pot

> Evalias >Reply Apr 10, 2008
He plays with his center of gravity and then it can even take a nap in this position .
A vertical alignment was better value but it is already superb, bravo and thank you.

It is a very beautiful photo of this heron, perfectly presented and a great sharpness.

> Domi [G] [P] [C] [B] [F] >Reply Apr 10, 2008
It is beautiful your blue heron, one-legged, I'm just kidding. His plumage is superb, very beautiful photo.

> Guylaine [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Apr 10, 2008
It is made strong , no joke, one wonders how they can do that, stand on one leg. They are so thin. Pretty taken.

> Benett [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Apr 10, 2008
Beautiful photo of this heron, it is well framed and very clear

> Marcel >Reply Apr 10, 2008
Good picture, the head is a little close to the edge, but we can accept it. The sharpness is very good. The contrast begs to be accentuated.
