Hpim8753 Amanita dew wooden chalet has Gobet

Author 'Hiris' (Id 100297 ) : On returning from my tour in the woods of the Chalet-à-Gobet, my eye was drawn to this very Dew Amanita not even if she has the nickname. Because it is hardly open. The strips are quickly tinged pink / purplish red like the hat. It has a collar (or ring) but no volve (persistent remnant of the veil surrounding the young mushrooms). It is a good fungus that I like seasoned with garlic and herbs, and olive oil, if not cream. In the absence of thrush ...

Agaricus augustus good determination of which recognized macrolepiota rhacodes (Chlorophyllum rhacodes books in ultra-modern), because the fungus is not an Amanita but Lepiota.

Hello, sorry, this is not an Amanita,: the Amanita remain white, unchanging, except Caesar, which is yellow, (strips, foot, and cutting) is a Parasol mushroom, the ragged, or macro Lepiota rachodes, in Latin, which effectively cut the red, good edible, but - as the Parasol mushroom, undisputed queen of this group.

Thank you for these (false) information ... The only advice I can give you in return is to be very careful if you pick mushrooms. Moreover, if you eat them. And better that you consult a good book on mushrooms, it often gives a (good) information!

This is Shaggy parasol and not an Amanita. It perfectly edible, like his colleague parasol mushroom.

Beautiful sharpness for this amanita. A good start for a little fried mushrooms. : 4:
