The common coot is very clear and the perilous landing risk of ending up on his rear end. A photo is not obvious to successfully as well : bravo Guy.bayard for this unusual decision on the spot and thank you for sharing.

Congratulations for this shot of a coot acrobat.
I found that the seagulls, swooping in, are generally faster than the ducks and other birds already in the water.

But is it the sea that is frozen as this or a pond ? I was surprised yesterday to see the TV news the Mediterranean freezing at the surface... What a surprise when one knows the concentration of salt of this sea... Nice catch !
