Ibex Park merlet June 2007

Author 'Romaric' A voir (Id 48273 ) : Ibex break, they are still very woolly, was in June at this beautiful park facing the Mont Blanc chain, where I spent a day taking photographs, he is very tall. The small restaurant at night was welcome! For once frameless, it changes.

Although it has great horns I do not see change in the air like the eagle in Rocamadour precedent.

A little more light on this beautiful animal would favor this beautiful image. : 4:: 6:

Mouflons seen up close is quite rare. It has horns very impressive, it is better to avoid missing a little light head side. Beautiful wildlife photography. Thank you.

Here it is at rest the sheep, but how agile they were on the rocks ! We would like to be able to do like them, they know how to spend, so to speak, everywhere.

Thank you for your comments, I understood when there was goatee = ibex, bighorn sheep like me do not have a goatee, yet it is very simple to understand. Good not, I'm going to the photo club... Thank you

Ibex or mouflon and it's still a beautiful beast impressive by its horns. I would have seen more light also

Very beautiful photo of this animal with some horns that is impressive. His head is sharp and crisp.

I like your sheep and there you have the chance he had wanted to ask, his horns are impressive.

Thank you for the precision, it is a sheep, then the ones I've sent before were also of the sheep and not the ibex. the
Response Moderator: Hello JOE. I'm going to go make sure. Thank you for the pictures and the comments and have a good evening.

On the other photos, after verification, what are the 'Ibex'. If this is not always obvious to the horns, the presence of the goatee is characteristic for the 'Ibex'. The Sheep do not and are much more dark. I hope not to deceive me. Bravo and thank you.

It is a beautiful photo and I can confirm it is a Mouflon. But I find that there is a lack of light on the subject.

after the dark brown colour, the muzzle white, and the curling horns, rather it is the 'Sheep of Europe' (Ufos orientalis). He has no goatee ! It is without a doubt, the most old, his posture is 'disillusioned' is funny and it is well rendered in the photograph. Bravo and thank you.
