Author 'Francis-Sisco' (Id 245269 ) : ... The feathers of birds. I've only been able to identify this plant growing near the railway and no doubt in damp locations. In my opinion it is part of the family of the reeds. In the autumn of the capsule opens, ejecting the seeds under a 'parachute' as the dandelion. When all of the seeds have not been projected, it forms a cluster of feathers very soft to the touch.
On the photo taken in the spring, all the seeds have not been projected.

My sister-in-law in Quebec just to find the name of this plant : it is the Milkweed of Syria that we can discover on our bordering (see photos of D. marsim).
