Irrigation Vietnam

Author 'Alain 56' : The first wheel is not in service. You can see on the second wheel, the buckets (trapped between the two circles that form the wheel are inclined to the right. Arriving at the top of the wheel, the buckets are straightened and empty into pipes of bamboo. These last, before arriving in the rice fields, it can travel hundreds of metres. It's a bit always the same, in the country without much technology, people's imagination is boundless.

The technology they have, but it is the means that are lacking. What is sure, it is much less polluting. Thanks for this photo reportage.

Thank you to you five !!! Yes Catherine, it is exactly what it is. I stayed a very long time to detail this installation, which seems a little insecure but who runs and works out every day.

Of the authentic and the change of scenery, these are the good ingredients of a good trip, but also great photos.
Having said this, one rarely comes without the other.
I love it.
