There is no question of lemur fulvus mayottensis, ie the maki of Mayotte. Sorry.

It is nice your maki, but he sulks or is bothered by the sun, in any event, photo really pleasing to the eye, thank you sharing.

Very nice picture: it looks like he wants to talk, I've never seen this animal in 50 years, it must be done, and lemur poses for a photo being taken. Joli coup d'oeil of the author of this picture.

Nice photo but this is not a 'eulemur fulvus Mayottensis'. It is a 'Varecia variegata rubra' is a maki vari roux, it bears its name well moreover, while the lemur of Mayotte is the earliest one lémure brown even if the colors can be very variants, especially in males (brown, grey, red and close to black which makes them so special). the

A picture very nice of this young maki who seems to be blinded by the light You're right to point out, to the Valley of the Monkeys the animals are not in cage and it is a place that is particularly pleasant to visit !

ROFL. It looks like he has a hangover but it might be the cold that numbs, and then this ray of sunshine will do him good.

A portrait original and well net a monkey is not very clear, he looks a bit haggard
Would it have absorbed a prohibited substance??

A breed of monkey that I do not know well. It has a funny boiling. Unless the sun annoys a little because his eyes are a little weird.

Guylaine is a lemur, not a monkey, you haven't read my comment

The sun gives him an air of not easy, can be too much of a face, a little on the side would have been better.

This 'Maki of Mayotte' (Lemur fulvus mayottensis) has a very thoughtful, and it is magnificent in its coat of brown hairs and reddish-brown. Photo pleasant : bravo and thank you.

Really strange this animal ! It looks like a man who has donned a costume with hair and mask. I had never seen such things. This is a great photo, can be too centered for some, but it doesn't bother me to the extent where we can clearly see all the details of the head of this funny animal.

> Tsouret [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Mar 25, 2008
Don't bother me, I enjoy the sun seems to say to us this lemur bougon.

> Mamyrasta [G] [P] [C] [B] [F] >Reply Mar 25, 2008
Yes, the pretty 'boiling', it was the muzzle of the dog, and his hair orange, gives it an air of 'punk'
