I like very much this landscape in this slanting light and this blue sky. The colors are soft, the atmosphere tranquil. It is very beautiful.

Hello Pearl. Yes, it is so true what you say. I had the view (the landscape) also during my investigation on this place. But, I asked myself the question to know if it was the same in medieval times... I have to ask myself always with three points to score and impress my questioning (???) The colors are soft and more thanks to the peace, quiet 'ceremony' (in the sense to the memory, to the spirit that lives...) that reigns here, on this hill of St-Hippolyte. Truly a place 'magic' and loved by many ; the residents of Crémieu, for sure. Thank you and good day. Marc.

I love the atmosphere on your photo where the sun's rays of late autumn caress the stones and venerable nature ensommeillée.

Hello. In fact, this site natural but shaped by man at the time when I wasn't even an embryo but without doubt despite all that programmed... is beautiful especially with the effects of time and seasons. The fall will give his special touch in the structure of the stones, and the architectural ensemble will be highlighted. You have to love the old stone, of course, and the robust appearance it provides in this case. We did not do in the lace at that time, it was necessary to create defensive to stop the lusts of violent abroad in quest of appetites sickly. Nowadays, the whole medieval is like the witness of a past that the women and men of the distant past have been able to back up to say that the earth is precious, sacred, as well as the territory which is only A... is it the same today ? Thank you and good day. Marc.
