Hello Misteria and really delighted to see that this test of desaturation partial have you arrested.
Thank you for your passage and your comment.

Even if I don't know the make, I recognize a work done with great care (especially at the intersection of the tip of the petals) and the rendering . For my feeling, I cannot say : I am unable to tell you if I like it or not your additions as my attention turns inevitably to this myriad of splendid droplets Very nice sharpness.

It is very simple to implement. Just take the photo in color and then layer interposed the desaturate. It only remains then to erase on this layer, the different areas that it is important to keep in color.
Thank you for your appreciation (have you seen the timeline before and after ?).

I use ONLY iPhoto : no layer ! I saw the before-after... I'll have to revert to it because I was probably not too receptive at the time I looked at these photos.

Henry, I totally agree with this kind of transfiguration...
May-be wouldn't I set the color threads so far on the petals...
You should give us a 'timeline' 1 NB, and the other nature...

Hello Judith, I wanted to actually draw the outline of the petals. Where these colored wires and by the way, I was overwhelmed with fatigue and I am, therefore, stopped.
I this editing a montage of the original photo and the b&B that came from it.
Thank you for your passage and your nice comment.

Why not ? N&B embellished, but what I like the best are the droplets harmoniously arranged by mother Nature. Thank you for sharing. Friendships. Crumb

Very beautiful artistic work !!! I also have a weakness for the droplets : it is, in my opinion, what gives its charm to the picture. Thank you.

Hello Catherine,
The charm for the droplets ? Perhaps, but not that... this is the flower that deserves attention, even if I don't have much in value. Thank you anyway for the compliment.

Hello Ninik, the rain had stopped and a pale ray of the sun (although the decision was made in July) was trying to impose. The charm of this flower with its drops had me captivated. What I have tried to retransmit. Thank you for having sufficiently valued to have it put in your favorites.

I like a lot !
A creation, it is first for self, then we hope that others will love, this is not always the case, and I would say luckily A small flat, I would have shot in the other horizontal direction

Hello hello Camellia, very happy to see you, hoping that all goes well for you.
It is true that a creation that remains personal, but if it attracts attention and that it calls upon each of us, can we estimate that the share is then almost 'consumed' ?
Thanks a lot for your appreciation.

This is very nice this creation, I too would have liked to format the bottom of the screen. Nice picture.

Hello Guylaine, it is true that I would be able to leave most of the sizes of a wallpaper (that I had wanted at the outset as being 1280 x 1167). But there was something indefinable that bothered me. Where these dimensions in the end.
Thank you for your comment very nice.

I love the mix n&b colours, your editing is a beautiful success. Thanks for the idea. The square, I like the least.

Yes Jean-Jacques, I had a lot of difficulties to choose a color and apply it to the framework. I opted for the latter simply because it captured the central color of the pistil.
Thank you for your comment (and if you want to edit it, with pleasure).

Hello Louise,
In black and white, the flower was not enough development. This is why after having applied the layer N&B I have erased the lines to get this result.
Thank you for your appreciation and for your passage.
