Author 'Gilbair' (Id 239291 ) : It is a bird very bright, suspicious and aggressive than the 'merle' local or 'martin sad', which is not more endemic than most of the birds that I have seen on the island of Mauritius. It is native to Asia. We could define it as a 'masked bandit' as he hunts all the birds when he sees something to eat, or rather to steal. In flight it is beautiful (but impossible to photograph, as it is fast) with 2 white bands on the wings that is virtually unknown to the rest.
Photograph taken on the coast North-West of the island at a place called 'trou aux biches'.
