All of these crackers are very tempting, especially early in the morning. The recipe is welcome. Kneading by hand is preferable, and when the dough is ready, it is the turn of the machine to chop the meat (yes) equipped with tip-stencil for the shapes. Those that I prefer are the more clear... For the most colorful, some of the ingredients differ... And there's the talent and the know-how that you master . Gorgeous and appetizing presentation, I am happy to one of the two ' O '. Thank you for your opinion, I do not have this famous machine, and a matter of taste I prefer well-cooked. But it is the same dough : as it is quite thin, it is not easy to achieve always the same degree of cooking, there are even small differences at the level of the same batch according to the location on the plate !

Thank you Julie, my preference goes to the tanning more pronounced : they are more crunchy and since sugar is more caramelized, they even have a very slight bitterness in the taste !
