Mesange003 Black-capped Chickadee

Author 'Guylaine' A voir (Id 78349 ) : I can not help but show you again a little chickadee. This morning, by a fairly strong cold and wet (- 20C). They do not seem afraid at all these temperatures, with little down. It was while I froze your fingertips. : 19: But it was too pretty. : 19:: 6:

6: This looks like a bird who steals from me and who claps 10 times in the head one of my windows, it is really beautiful but I do not understand his behavior.

That yes, you did well, Guylaine! It was worth it, this picture! Superb ... However, would not you want to remove the twig which is vertically below the bird? (but this is perhaps a trivial detail ...).
> Evie [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply May 03, 2009

I do not know what kind of tit but it seems that its plumage is filled with light and swollen because of the cold, it is even more beautiful. An adorable little chickadee superbly cliché! : 1:: 3:

> Le Fada de Marseille [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Feb 10, 2009
The Black-capped Chickadee (Parus atricapillus) has the head and throat black. Cheeks and belly are white, flanks, chamois. Contrast white borders on the wings and tail blackish slate color. The beak, short but very robust, is black. The legs are dark bluish gray. It is an abundant resident breeder in Quebec. Superb shot well net and pleasant to contemplate. : 1:: 6:
> Louise [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Feb 10, 2009

: 2: A beautiful bird net and well framed! The light background makes the light and delicate shot. It could be called 'High Key'. This means high lights.
