Author 'Nicoledesplat' (Id 185555 ) : The Mespilus Germanica is a shrub whose fruit of a quite curious is edible, and all the more pleasant by its autumn colors.
This shrub is native to Asia Minor and Eastern Europe, its foliage is deciduous but very bushy in the middle of the season, it loves to be placed in the sun in a light soil, even if it is limestone. (St Jean De Beauregard).
