I saw the rework and the original of this photo, the light is beautiful, the cat clearly highlighted
It is great to give a little of your time to these animals in a refuge, when I was younger and in better condition, I would have liked it, but had no refuge in the area, I find beautiful about this action Each can act at its level, here I feed stray cats and do operate through an association to make their lives more pleasant, which has earned us the adoption of Domino, which is never departed after his operation !

I agree with Golondrina, but I think the grey cat is important. I just posted a touch-up in this sense.

Thank You Spiros,
Thank you for your kind note, of course, it is the cat lit up by the rays who held first my attention in this composition. For all the cat grey, lying in the shade and in the background, also takes its place in my little scenario. The two touch-ups are worth quite, giving it an interpretation quite different from my point.

Welcome to the 1st photo. But for 40 times and not a comment I really appreciate the light that you have captured ; that is on the fence in front of the cat's head transforms into lines that twist very nicely. Congratulations for your glance cropping, one can almost forget that the cat is, alas, a shelter and see only the beautiful light. I post a touchup to avoid lines of explanations.

Thank you so much for adding these details, Golondrina.
Not being in possession of this new slr (and finally, a real) I am eager to go and experiment with its many (and also more complex features) within the refuge for which I give a few moments. Naturally, the cats are great subjects, but it is not obvious that you can enter. The sunlight of a late summer, has also been my great ally, as opposed to the shade of the large oaks above the encloses.
