The umbilicus navel-of-Venus (umbilicus rupestris), takes its name from the small hollow in the center of the sheet and reminiscent of a navel. This small succulent plant of soft green color grows on the walls shaded and wet and in the cracks of rocks. Nice photo

I believe that these are of the 'navels of Venus'... A succulent very common in the walls and the mosses of the South...

I think you're right, Judith I just found a picture of this same plant, taken at Belle isle last spring, in flowers, I'll post soon.
