I also think it is a dogwood blood, after the red stems visible at the rear. In any case it is a beautiful picture of these small, white flowers, neat and all well framed on a dark background.

Actually it is a dogwood in the blood. Nice photo of the flower.
It is used in herbal medicine. It also uses its branches in the red for their properties as an ornamental. The stems of the year, once widely used in basketry, are still, in some areas (Perch, Burgundy, Alsace).
