Originating in Mexico, Echeveria generally have fleshy leaves forming compact rosettes arranged in a spiral. Campanulées flowers are arranged in clusters and are yellow, orange or red. They bloom in spring. Beau cliché flowers: 3:

It is a plant easy to grow fat like all succulents. Its fleshy leaves and spring blooming make me think that this is the plant 'Echeveria'. Nice mixture of colors: bravo and thank you. : 4:
