Owl 20081012 Barn owl

Author 'Kim' (Id 71206 ) : The owl is part of the family Strigidae which includes about 200 species characterized as loners and night Raptors. I do not know what is this picture, but I found the position in flight of the bird rather special.

There must be both observer and quick to make such a picture ... Even if it is not clear, have framed the 'Barn' and is already a great achievement

Beautiful shot of the owl with its wings and just about to restart the machine. The image of the movement is original and interesting, congratulations for seizing this moment.

So there I am appalled by the position of the owl. Bravo to the photographer for this snapshot.

A rare attitude, before daylight, that's cool! Bravo, primarily crepuscular, hunting barn owls, looking especially in flight, is rarely observed. We can see her dark eyes, her neck strong, clear colors that dominate parts of her dress. It can meet in barns, sheds, attics of old buildings and towers. Very good referred

The catch is rare, the position of the bird amazing but the image is very blurred, what a shame
> Domi_desbiolles [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Oct 13, 2008
Bravo! Ok, sharpness is not perfect. But it is a bird rarely seen by day and then the photo is on. Personally I have never seen.
> Heuzeja [G] [P] [C] >Reply Oct 13, 2008
The photograph taken at the long focal insulates the bird in the background, the subject was not a beautiful sharpness, the cause may be a shutter speed a bit low. I would have liked to take the same. Pretty difficult shot to do! 2:

Landing for the position is captured remarkably well, unusual to see an owl in flight: bravo

A beautiful image to the Owl taken on the spot and in full flight. 2:
> JC [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Oct 13, 2008
An owl, a bird is really beautiful, she's the big ghost white as can be seen sometimes at night in the headlights of vehicles, it is sometimes the victim, the posture, the outstretched wings would be more development, but difficult to grasp the plate is huge, it is ringed and must therefore belong to a fleet of falconry, plus see the full day. The colors are beautiful.

This owl has an impressive pace. to have triggered at the right time.
> Odon [G] [P] [C] [B] [F] >Reply Oct 13, 2008
Although a bit blurry snapshot of what the hand posture is interesting.
> Dom. [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Oct 13, 2008
I like this odd posture. Looks like it runs in the air. We thank you for the present flight since the position in which we see is often placed on a branch.
