Author 'Jcmai' (Id 109837 ) : Pantheon (1764-1790) began as a religious building. Since 1885 he has become a Temple Civic. The ashes of famous people there, the list is too long for the twentieth century among others Jean Moulin and Rene Cassin. The only woman buried here is Marie Curie (plus one other woman, whose husband is buried and we did not separate). At left, the Church of St. Etienne du Mont (this is the Mont Sainte Genevieve patron saint of Paris) built in several stages ((1494-1610). Behind the church there are the Tour Clovis, part of Henry High School IV.
