Patch of canvas Argiope lobata

Author 'Alain_78' (Id 190342 ) : A spider in the open-repair work on his canvas. One sees very well the generation of the silk thread and the game of legs for the establishment of the sons.

This spider argiope is remarkably clean. Its colors and its details are nicely highlighted on the canvas and the background to green hues. Bravo Alain_78, thank you and welcome to FEI.
Happy new year 2013, that it brings you health, happiness and many joys to you and your family and all your loved ones.

Good work . Without the white element in the upper right, it would have been almost perfect.

The life of the spider, is not always simple, they must continually reconstruct their canvas. Bravo for the photo

A beautiful specimen . Has its legs, I thought of argiope, but to his body . Then I searched and found : Argiope lobata, also known as argiope silky or argiope lobed. It is only found in the south of France. The abdomen slight lack of sharpness, but your decision is good, legs and head are sharp and the colors are well rendered, the subject well put in value The grass overexposed on the right attracts the eye and it is possible to erase it.

Thank you Isabelle for the accurate identification of this spider, which, fortunately, is not too interested in the photographer .
