Another remarkable image of church, with a sumptuous and evocative light. I love the chair and turned on the lower right, waiting for the penitent. 3:

This small chapel seems lit by a divine light, the whole is of great beauty: 2:.
> Creplo >Reply Mar 06, 2008
The dim light which arises from the side lighting gives the impression of recollection and inner peace, making the building the symbolic for which it was built.

Spirituality can be sought and found everywhere, you just have to find tender heart to listen to the song of pure souls.
> Aphrodite69 >Reply Oct 09, 2007
Through this church regularly, I have to say that the photo is successful.
> Ti-maou [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Sep 30, 2007
Very nice 'PICTURE'... I would have liked to see the original, in order better to situate the photographer, because the IMAGE seems too perfect... Or surreal... May be too retouched... My note will be primarily on the basis of the composition, it is real, there is the confessional in the foreground, then come the recollection in the background... This is the invitation to reconciliation par excellence...
> Tina >Reply Aug 28, 2007
Superb exactly what I needed today, the symbol is urgent.
> Luky >Reply Aug 21, 2007
Superb. The calm, the quiet end : I can even hear someone whisper...
> Cr.cohen >Reply Jul 11, 2007
Superb light that gives a wonderful perspective. Bravo !
> Charly [G] [P] [C] [B] [F] >Reply Jul 09, 2007
It is a veil of light that separates a place out of time, the outside world. One can imagine that centuries ago, others have been able to see this image that we admire today !

Bah no, since PhotoShop didn't exist .
> Domi [G] [P] [C] [B] [F] >Reply Jul 09, 2007
It is expected that the light curtain opens, it's magic. This little touch of light on the left created by the candles also brings a more. The set is very nice.
> Marie.a >Reply Jul 09, 2007
J' imagine Jane coming to pray there, or a crowd of tourists to the clothing colorful passing quietly in front of this show and observing a respectful silence ! What a beautiful photo...
> Léna [G] [P] [C] [B] [F] >Reply Jul 07, 2007
What an atmosphere ! What peace and serenity emerge from this picture that prompts the recollection. I am very sensitive to this kind of photo. I had noticed the candles lit, it is very beautiful and I believe that no word can really describe this emotion in front of a place like this. Is this the cathedral of ST Eutrope. In any case, thank you for sharing this beautiful photo
> Nicole.barberon [G] [P] [C] [B] [F] >Reply Jul 07, 2007
Beautiful photo of this chapel with a great light, even if it is a post processing effect is perfectly rendered. Personally I like a lot this shot.
> Scofi [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Jul 07, 2007
Very beautiful photo ! An atmosphere that makes you want to unravel the mysteries ! A shame for the chair in the foreground.
> Nenfer13 [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Jul 07, 2007
It is the ray of sunlight filtering through glass apertures and illuminating this room, which gives all its magnificence to this image.
> Lumixane [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Jul 06, 2007
What an atmosphere ! Incentive to the reverence before the divine ray that casts from the gold powder on the tiles of this sacred place. The chair has no doubt been placed there, carefully, to the needs of the composition. You have added to your candle in the name of the community, Web, FEI I hear

Now that you I do think, it is true that I would have done better. Drop a candle for all the community of FEI live in peace until the end times . Amen.

Wow, this is beautiful, a super ray of light. This cathedral to look huge. A superb photo despite the chair to the right.

It's funny to see that some love this chair and no other. Proof that a photo can never please everyone at the same time, but thank you anyway for all your comments, it warms my heart .
> Tsouret [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Jul 06, 2007
It is not easy to make a successful picture in this kind of place, but you did with flying colors. The brilliance of the slabs, and this golden light is of any beauty. Since my return on EIF I am a bit stingy on the notes, but now I am forced to put the max.

You do well, I don't want to not at all personal. On my photos, no problem to put 5/5 .
> Heuzeja [G] [P] [C] >Reply Jul 06, 2007
I like the copper color, the rays through the stained glass windows a bit overexposed, the atmosphere of the supernatural of the place, and finally the candles to burn out discreetly away from the light. Exceptional photo ? I believe that yes !

I hope not to disappoint you if I tell you that the rays through the stained glass windows are obviously made in post processing. As for this photo. Sorry, to have failed . One day, I promise, I will go to confessed all my edits .

The cathedral of Poitiers does not inspire ? Or all the cathedrals in general ? Personally, I find this view you can easily imagine the immensity of the place. A fine book to pay homage to God, no ?

No, Web, this is the aesthetic side only, which does not inspire me. I love churches, like restaurants, when there is a crowd ! But, this does not detract from this beautiful image.
> Royer.daniel [G] [P] [C] [B] [F] >Reply Jul 06, 2007
Superb light, which gives the impression of a curtain opens gently in the middle to let in an angel, I can imagine : one is in a church.
> Romaric [G] [P] [C] [B] [F] >Reply Jul 06, 2007
What light, and what an atmosphere well rendered, it's missing the descent of the holy SPIRIT, but it is at Pentecost.
> [G] [P] [C] [B] [F] >Reply Jul 06, 2007
Superb light ! The grandeur of the scene is well rendered. We can see the few candles that burn in the dim light.
> Harmony >Reply Jul 06, 2007
You can feel the atmosphere of the cathedrals ! Dark place where reigns the silence and where it is rumored. I love the light of the chapel annex, which, through the stained glass windows, seems to come from the heavens !
> Dezilingtso [G] [P] [C] >Reply Jul 06, 2007
Very beautiful photo, a moment of meditation, in this golden light. I also like to forward plan the chair alone, she seems to expect it.
> Evalias >Reply Jul 06, 2007
Shadows and light by agreement, we mean almost the organs. I like the presence of the sun, especially on the right side
> Le fan belfortain [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Jul 06, 2007
Very nice photo : on the thumbnail I thought a big candle ! In fact, it is a side chapel and lit by the divine light ! The effects are beautiful and very well made. Nerci.

If you look closely at the photo, you will see that there are candles lit on the left. It is like the fractals, if one zooms in, one falls back to the infinite on candles .
> Goldwing >Reply Jul 06, 2007
a Hat, you hardly dare to enter it so that the tiles are beautiful. Lights successful
> Marcel >Reply Jul 06, 2007
I think that this is not the nave, rather a side chapel. The lighting is very good. The rays of the sun that penetrate as a symbol. You will not notice a slight distortion of perspective.

Indeed. Thank you. Religious symbol, of course. No no, one does not notice it .
> Cigale04 [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Jul 06, 2007
A curtain of light arising as a cascade, and which illuminates everything smoothly this nave, it is successful.
