Very nice photo of the start of this bear's garlic (or wild garlic).

I think it's wild garlic. It is a beautiful perennial herbacee of the Alliacees family, which grows by forming large colonies in the damp undergrowth. Sheet dégage before even having frottee flavor of garlic. A beautiful floral bouquet is prepared... and already a guest: 1:

Hello Fada of Marseille, and thanks for the comments also, I do not think that either of the wild garlic, because there is the rod that comes out of Earth, then there's this envelope which left these tentacles, then another stem that starts from this envelope and continues its path. I expect that flowers open?
