Port Appin Scotland

Author 'Gélinotte' (Id 229582 ) : This photo is not of me but of my son, who has visited Scotland this summer, I noticed this image because of the contrast of sailing ships, white on this expanse of water and massive dark. Do you like this place based in the North of Scotland ? I confirm that of course he gave me permission to publish it.

A beautiful clear image, with natural light and framing well-thought-out. Bravo to your son for this wonderful shot.
> D.marsim [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Oct 14, 2016
Congratulations for this shot of your son. An excellent framing, the boats on which the lighting is top-slice on the background more dark.

A beautiful image, the reflections of the boats illuminate the whole, a good framing also. Congratulations to your son.

sure that I like it ! For me, this is not quite the 'North' of Scotland, but a very beautiful place of this country which is dear to me.

You know Cathy, for me, everything that is at the top of Lille is part of the 'high north' looking At the photos of the children who went 'wandering' in a camper 3 weeks in Scotland, I say to myself that... maybe... I'd go there for a walk !!! Thank you for your passage

A beautiful landscape, even if it is perfectible, is pleasant to look at with its boats and their reflections.
A teacher like you give good advice to his pupil. thank you Grouse.

Hi Gede, thanks for your comm. Praise on the 'prof' you are talking about ! I don't know anything about technique, but like his sister, they have the eye ! And I believe that this thing here is innate ??? Good WEEKEND to you !

to your son. The composition is well thought out ; I like the white boats that illuminates the image and makes opposition to the vast blue. Perhaps it would have been necessary to show a more important part of reflections. Him shall pass you our notes ?

But of course Joel, I'll send him the notes, I see that he listened to his mom because he is careful not to center the 'main subjects' in his photos and, on the other hand, he centered all the horizons of the sea, etc, etc... In any case thank you for your com and for your bet in favorites.
