Sublime is this like being alone in the world !!! Kudos to the photographer

Beautiful and conducive to meditation, in a pastel painting in Japan.

Beautiful photo. I love the tones of the sky beige-pink and the clouds are hemmed with pink-orange. Of course the foreground and a bit dark, but the nature decides !
> Géna >Reply Jan 30, 2008
Bravo Charly, personally, I have nothing to say about this shot. It is the nature in all its glory.
> Léna [G] [P] [C] [B] [F] >Reply Jan 28, 2008
Nice sky with a nice cloud just up the mountain a little dark but it is a beautiful photo.
> Crivindiou [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Jan 22, 2008
My informed opinion by those of Malafouine and Nenfer : pre-plan is a problem for me and brings out beautifully the clouds and the sky !
> Guylaine [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Jan 22, 2008
A little dark in the foreground but it is especially the sky and clouds over the beautiful mountains that attract the eye. A pretty picture.
> Jean-Luc F. >Reply Jan 19, 2008
It is almost a reflection between the mountain and the clouds .
> Nicole.barberon [G] [P] [C] [B] [F] >Reply Jan 19, 2008
Nice image, the foreground is not annoying, I admire the sky, which is beautiful. Beautiful shot well presented.
> Nenfer13 [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Jan 19, 2008
Personally the first dark does not bother me, my eye is especially attracted by the similarity of the chain of mountains, and the one formed by the clouds, all in a beautiful light.
> Malafouine [G] [P] [C] [B] [F] (http://) >Reply Jan 18, 2008
And yes ! The clouds 'peak' in the game. No doubt, it had to take this photo. The contrast between the peak and the clouds blazing, even if it is a little too strong, hachement nice.

One has the impression that the clouds in the background form a chain of mountains far away. If the foreground is very dark, but the sky brings a stamp that is very special to all with just enough sun to meet the whole.

The foreground is a bit dark, but at the top : the light is well captured, the colours are nice.
> Evalias >Reply Jan 18, 2008
The clouds that want to compete for the mountain ! This is a picture a little surreal and well pleasant.
The bottom is a little too dark but the sky holds the attention

I am happy because your comment joined completely what I wanted to show. Thank You Eva !
The format Background screen did not allow me to cut the dark part of the bottom, with no interest in this shot.

Soft colors and a beautiful sharpness
The foreground is dark but not overly present, for me in any case
> Marcel >Reply Jan 18, 2008
The first plan seems to me too important to be without details. The kind of photo where one can use validly the hdr with a burst of three shots.
I am surprised that you do not have thought of...

Marcel, I think you have mis-read, Charly, has put it in my hdr, it does not force more, and suddenly you see the most
I find it a little dark

What pushed me to make this photo is the similarity of the pic du Cagire and the peak cloudy illuminated by the sun.
The foreground dark is of no interest, same as the top of the sky.
But by cropping to the format FEI, I would have cut a part of the mountain range that I wanted to keep.
Can be that with a top band and black lower, the result would have been better.
For the burst, my slr doesn't do bracketing, what I regret, and I don't know enough about this camera to make exposure changes quickly. I'm breaking in !
Thank you for your advice and comments.
