Raptor Crested serpent-eagle

Author 'Guy-lefevre' A voir (Id 47129 ) : Raptor photography at the Paradisio in Belgium Park. I disagree that it is an eagle. Without pretention but to show the qualities of the FZ50, I find hyper NET. How about you?

Excellent! This aptly named bird reminds me of a town clerk of my knowledge, raptor style overbooked. I had the opportunity to see the secretary in a zoo: it runs in such Grominet pacing. I admit that seeing the bird, I wonder if he knows then he runs ... The only point of disagreement: the bird is faithful while the man is fickle!

The profile of this raptor is beautifully presented. Thank you for this beautiful background screen: 4:: 6:.
> Benich3 >Reply Sep 03, 2008
the photo is beautiful but the bird is taken too close. I prefer the photo set.

A magnificent close up of this bird of a very high sharpness, the plumage is top, one sees all the details, photo superb.

I am of the opinion of Pat83 in all points of his critique and, in particular, on the fact that he would have had to blur the fence to the rear. Very well more to the net of the subject. As for the contest... I don't see too... Here... YOU LEARN, ... YOU PUT it INTO PRACTICE... ON THIS TEST... IT PLAYS THE CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM. And we respect the opinion.

Very clear indeed, but also much too dark for my taste. The fence could have been more faded, too.

And here, as in all of the contest photos, one returns the ball. Pat83 has not liked my slight criticism on the background of his photo of the raptor. My photo has had no correction so the background was not blurred at all and I found precisely that it puts even more value to the bird. Thanks for the '+' PS : I do not understand why we must put a review for an answer ??

'return the ball' ??? Pat commented on your photo saying like many others he found the background too dark, why do you think he will take vengeance on anything so much that you put a 'Very good +' ... so I do not understand your reflection. However, if you cannot stand a constructive notice, may be should we not show his pictures on a site like FEI. Pass rather to the blog.

Nothing else to say about the sharpness that perfect actually. The secretary to the eye though bright, and what impressive beaks.

It is a face comic the eagle, it is very beautiful and perfectly crisp. A very good photo.

> Heuzeja [G] [P] [C] >Reply Oct 09, 2007
The quality of the photo seems to me very good with the use of a long focal length.
> Harmony >Reply Oct 09, 2007
Am I a beast ! While I have visited this park twice, I didn't even recognized this ophiuchus !
> Marcel >Reply Oct 09, 2007
A beautiful portrait tight which allows you to enjoy all the details well rendered by a stitched high-level.
> Goldwing >Reply Oct 09, 2007
Definitely, a lot of photos by various members of the park, which looks very rich in wildlife. Beautiful photo
> Denlig [G] [P] [C] [B] [F] >Reply Oct 09, 2007
Very good photo, I find the background a bit too dark. In fact this bird is a ophiuchus (or secretary) see photo taken in the same park by Harmony.
> Harmony >Reply Oct 09, 2007
Beautiful head of an eagle sharp ! Bravo for this shot !
> Le fan belfortain [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Oct 09, 2007
It is the excellent sharpness of the head of the 'Ophiuchus' or 'Secretary' (Sagittarius serpentarius), a bird of prey well in hand !. The powerful beak and the keen eye are well developed. Very good documentary photo : bravo and thank you.
