I don't know why I haven't commented on this picture, but it is never late.
Rather, it is linked to the picture where Io is the mistress of Zeus (Jupiter) becomes a moon of the planet's namesake. Lumixane, magician of photography, went on this liquid planet to present a magical image.
As I have already said, she is still winning.
Obelisque et grande roue

The reflections are superb and the shot excellent. I would have just cut the black part at the bottom.

Very beautiful reflections of the ferris wheel in the basin of the Concorde ! I like that it is not all in color. It is very chic in shades of gold and silver !
> Lou feignassou [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Nov 25, 2012
beautiful night effect, it goes well at 1000 ISO, there are no lights associated disruptive, the effect of perspective makes us believe that the water comes to the foot of the wheel so that there is a large esplanade to the exit of the gardens, the light prevents the crocos to sleep, it's no surprise that they are of bad hair (or rather, scales) and take to the boats operated by remote control, at the bottom the reflection of the curve looks slightly truncated, without a doubt, the rim of the basin, I would have cropped the ras.

As I said to Isa, I will be back at Christmas to attempt to align the Obelisk... avoiding the rim of the basin. Quite interesting what you say about the effect of perspective, a good hundred metres must separate the Wheel from the Basin. I walked to the Pyramid, back through the docks up to the Fields not yet enlightened, they are now, it is a little early, no

This is to attract the barge to the christmas market, when we think of all the money spent on gifts that are frivolous and unnecessary, or a celebratory meal that makes you sick (pharmacists applaud) the transition to the post - consumer, back to a certain amount of frugality is going to be hard, and if not voluntary and conscious (most likely for the majority), in pain... I already am in a lot of areas.

This market has been in place since 6 years, now an institution, 180 cabins made out of pine poles, please. The key to a key, a crazy success... The horror. It is better to observe all this from a distance since the pods are heated to the Great Wheel I got a time well before the comfort, in the rain and cold, what an idea.

A beautiful ferris wheel, with its reflections in the water of the Seine I think. Another beautiful image to your assets.

'My que' obelisk, 'my que' ferris wheel ? It is a mill* egyptian nothing more. This may explain the crocodiles in the water, elementary * (There are even who would be able to see a large eight, ah 'I' swear) Bravo for this fairy tale
> Manu [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Nov 24, 2012
Beautiful night photo of the ferris wheel illuminated with its reflection in the water bravo and thank you
> Julicarm [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Nov 24, 2012
The eraser pixel side has the heat with this pic of ISO that my times, combined to 1/40s to make up for the lack of tripod I imagine, gives a rendering festive and magical eyes that shine like a child in front of the father christmas...
No half measure, only the high lights, like a jewel in an ecrin of darkness...
I wonder if you had just presented the reflection in the photo mystery, the thing would have been easy to guess ?
Very simple and difficult at the same time

The reflections in the water are very nice. Thank you for this nice photo of night Anne.
> Tintin.dd [G] [P] [C] [B] [F] >Reply Nov 24, 2012
Very nice the reflection of the wheel on the water. The image quality is impressive despite of the ISO to be very high , a 400 ISO on the lumix fz38 and its bruite a max . Bravo Anne.
> Nicole.barberon [G] [P] [C] [B] [F] >Reply Nov 24, 2012
Beautiful night photo, the wheel was flickering and the light of the city we offer wonderful reflections. Anne and thank you.

An excellent shot, festive and well made. I note that the Fuji goes up in ISO without noise. Then, Fuji or Lumix ? Thank you.

Thank you for your comment, Dede. This is the manual zoom ring that made me switch to the Fuji And then a desire to change, not changed the nick, by contrast not having had the FZ 200 hands, I don't know if I made the right choice... I start to tame my new hardware. And anyway, at the time of the purchase, the alternative was the FZ 150. I would like to test my Fuji around 8 December in Lyon, not possible this year, in 2013 that is for sure !

There are in the world to admire the great wheel ! But we have an advantage, since you are on the good side, it is admire the two : wheel color a bit offbeat and we had a good symmetry with the two trees and the obelisk ! As for the crococo, crocodiles it is not

> Chouna [G] [P] [C] [B] [F] >Reply Nov 24, 2012
Nice photo, bravo Lumixane, as usual an original image,...
About the crocs ... I think that it is rather of the brainwashing, but you never know !
> Papillon [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Nov 24, 2012
I am full of admiration in front of this wheel, which lights up the parisian sky, and the other drowned in the wave, and so fearful by this fall as she trembles with all its lights... THANK you, Lumixane, this is beautiful !
> Belleen1clic (http://) >Reply Nov 24, 2012
Hello and congratulations for this superb photo. You will enjoy with all these illuminations of Paris

Still a little sight habitual to this ferris wheel of the Concorde and its reflection Thank you Anne we dive into the magic of Paris by night
> Louise [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Nov 23, 2012
It sparkles with all its lights and sounds immense proportion of all the characters who admire it.
> Isabelle S.B [G] [P] [C] [F] >Reply Nov 23, 2012
Well played, Anne . Here is a way to see the ferris wheel from an original angle. There's 'graphic' and symmetry as you like, and I love the reflection and his famous color ; a pity that the obelisk is not at the center of the wheel... you slightly shifting may be you might ???

Hello Isa, I returned to Paris at Christmas, I will try to focus the Obelisk, a small fun challenge, I have not thought of on the spot... Weird !

This ferris wheel is sparkling and, with the reflections and the lights of the city, the photo is beautiful and magical. Bravo Anne and thank you.

very nice glitter harbinger of the end of the year festivities : the reflection increases the light at a lower cost !!!

It is simply awe-inspiring, you have a knack for putting the quarters of Paris to a large value the map vertically will delight in this wheel, thank you Anne
