I had not read your comment in the history of tide, which must be low enough at this point. Algae that grow on the bags prove that they remain in place. Perhaps at this point in tidal sea algae back, coming ashore on the first row of a saver bags scattered around the beach and the dam filter facilitates the collection of algae (or other litter) contributed by the tide?
