Very nice photo and me the red halo doesn't bother me, on the contrary, I find that it adds a charm By against I do think that we should crop this photo to the vertical because the right is too empty, I think. Nice work.

It is beautiful this bird Light, perfect sharpness ; but the red halo around his head bothers me, don't you think it would be better without ?

For editing, I only used the stamp from photoshop. But all of a sudden, and it leaves the area blank material that could be crop. (vertical).

This closeup of red throat (Erithacus rubecula) is very beautiful and photographed perfectly. The eye is large and the net, on the beak you can see even a remnant of food, and any little hairs. The plumage is red-orange from the top of the nozzle up to the mid-body and light brown head and back with shades of gray and white of the belly are highlighted.
It is an interesting complement with this other photo. Bravo and thank you Anne.

Very well Lumi, I see that you have fun editing. I think I would have sunk slightly, or rather dark, slightly red around the volatile. What is is net, your bird ! Bravo.
