As I mentioned in the tags (above the title) is actually a herring gull, it is adult and youth dress is different, I'll post one soon ... Thank you for your passage.

Hello. This is a herring gull (yellow beak with red spot) and (pink feet). His coat gray are best made by solar lighting. The term is clear and all details are well represented. To some it looks like a picture in three D. Good continuation. Regards! Crabecanoe

This type of photography requires a blurred background to highlight the bird and because the focus is consistent, it is also why I closed the diaph for the blur while distinguishing the perfect environment for this gull.
