This image would be nice if the sea does not lean. It would be less tight in order to leave more room for legs of the animal. : 4:

It leans much to the right, a lack of brightness contrast, and sharpness, and seal with a fin cut off, it's a shame because the subject is good

This is an interesting image, but it lacks the brightness, and leans to the right in an exaggerated way. Just look at the line of horizon formed by the sea to see it. With a touch-up this image should take its value.
