I am hooked by this nature morte navy with shades of violet pastels so romantic... scale of this shell failed makes me feel small, but what a delicious feeling to take to Gulliver in the land of the giants on a legendary shores of Britain ! So much of poetry happens to make me forget the aspect cuisine of this snail of the seas that is to say, (yet it is good to bulot avé, mayonnaise...) Technically, I don't know if it exists on modern digital devices a possibility to have a clear image of the foreground to infinity but, depending on the background it can add dizziness to this level of shooting, does anyone know how to do it ? (At the moment I have a Nikon coolpix S8100) Thanks for the info.

: 2:: 5: I love this picture, Pavotbleu ... There is so much poetry in this secret seashell than words of exquisite sweetness come to mind, a dream cherished a tender smile ... : 6:: 6:

+: Your photo makes me immediately think of Jean-Mi, I like the idea, I'm going hitch! It is superb.

-:However, resuming the reservation by Buchsinet and RAYD2B report to reflect the sun: 18:

After a few days away, I discovered all your warm comments: thank you all: 5:, and particularly those who have put this picture on their favorites. It's amazing, in fact, Lumixane, to return to the same frame in Jean-Mi, for the same idea. But it is "exotic holiday-sun-warm-colors" and I am "glare-lonely-gentle-evening-pastel", as what can be very different with the same subject: 18: It was a test with not ideal conditions, to retry the next summer in a swimsuit: 19:. There surely can do better ...

: 1: Bonsoir, elle est superbe ta photo and there's more to BB than to sing on the beach ... and shellfish ... I really like. : 18:: 19:

What a magnificent foreground. Everything else is irrelevant and is therefore a good choice of opening. Just the area of the sun deserves a retouch. But I'm trying. Also, bravo: 1:: 3:.

An image very successful this lonely shell on the beach with these sides, the reflection of the sun: 1:. : 3: and thank you.

I can not explain what attracts me in this photo (light, framing, original ...) but I like it. : 3:

Pretty colors blurred to surround this shell ... I'd like to make such a picture, but he must grovel then there can not recover from, so you can not win.

True, I had to grovel! But no question, in water with a temperature of 4 or 5 degrees, and as you say, to recover, pfff: 19:! So I set the camera to the ground, and voila!

That's a great idea ... macro on a shell! Thank you for the picture, it gives me lots of ideas ... There are more than ...

+: A very nice "atmosphere" and a nice shot: 3:.

-:The "spot" reflection of the sun a little too conspicuous, it draws the eye to the detriment of the main subject ...

It's a whelk, and eat it too (for those who love ...) It must be tossed in the long tidal waves. Thank you, Julicarm for your comment.

Very nice picture! I like how to make this shell, which would be fleeing the light behind him, or is it the reverse: 13: He may be ahead! I really do not know where the front! LOL! Anyway this picture is beautiful! : 6: I! : 6: Thank you Pavotbleu!
